Not sure, but xxx.xx.xxx.xxx seems to be the next hop router and your
router seems to send outbound requests to 192.168.1.100. That address is
not routable on the Internet (since it's from a private address range,
see RFC 1918 for details) so the next hop router tells your router that
the destination of the packet is unreachable.
