| sendto in send_ip_raw: sendto(4, packet, 28, 0, xx.xx.xx.xx/24, 16) => No
| buffer space available Sleeping 60 seconds then retrying
|
| I upgraded to nmap v3.30 but this did not fix problem.
I have similar errors when doing a ping sweep (nmap version 3.30) on an
entire Class B
We have a RedHat 7.2 box
(2.4.20-18.7) that we've having some issues with whenever we run a large
port/ping/netbios resolution/scan. After scanning a large number of
hosts we get this error:
| sendto: No buffer space available
| sendto in sendpingquery returned -1 (should be 8)!
or just simply:
| sendto: No buffer space available
Thanks,
Jeff
