You can get a free hobbiest (individual) membership. You need to
fill out the ~15 page form and send it in with the one (and only
one) IP addr that should have access to the *.mail-abuse.org DNS
zones. This would be either the mail server (if it runs it's
own resolver) or the nearest DNS server.
