1. Enterasys Dragon
(according to a few tests, it has the best performance under high load)
2. Snort
(there are front ends & support for that!)
3. Cisco Secure IDS
(formerly known as NetRanger) if you have a lot of other Cisco stuff (PIX Firewall etc.)
