Hello, we have been using SNORT+ACID for awhile now, and the company has
decided to make a more 'business' defined move on the IDS solution.

I've been trying to get a quote from SourceFire on what type of snort
support they provide. I haven't been able to get a response from
SourceFire last few days.

If anyone can help me with a ball park figure I would appricate it. We're
looking for two types of support software only (snort + the management
software <i.e. A.C.I.D>), or the "The OpenSnort Sensor" appliance
solution.

We are a Solaris (SPARC), shop and would perfer getting a software support
plan, throw it on a box, and branch out some ultras as sensors on the
network.

Thanks in advance,
Bill
