Disabling Password authentication for specific users

I am aware that we should disable PasswordAuthentication and UsePAM in
order to enforse users to use keys-based authentication.
However we have a situation that requires disabling password authentication
for specific users (while allowing ssh-keys based authentication for them)
and leave password authentication intact for the rest of the team.
the reason being these users are application generic IDs.
I'm using openssh-4.1p1-11.34, but if another version has that function I
don't mind updating.
