Question about sftp-server setup version 3.9p1+sftplogging-v1.2

Does the sftp-server subsystem have an option to
change incoming transfer filename to a temporary
filename and then be renamed by the server to the
orginial filename when transfer is complete?

Simialar to ProFTP's functionality HiddenStor:
