    Yes. Standard suggestions apply: make sure the user owns his own home
    directory, and that there are NO world- or group-writable directories
    along the path leading up to ~user/.ssh/authorized_keys. Make sure you
    spell authorized_keys in the US manner. Make sure your public key is
    in the correct format (OpenSSH vs. SSH.com).
