CRC checking

    I want to know whether ssh has facility to CRC/MD5 file consistency
    checking and resume upload/download if file upload/download is
    interrupted when it is still in progress of upload/download.

    SSH version I use is OpenSSH_4.0p1, OpenSSL 0.9.7g
