Failed none

    Dear All,

    Just notice an error that I've never seen
    from openssh in my logs:

    Dec 1 03:27:28 mx sshd[743]: Failed none for mxadmin from 192.168.3.3
    port 4321 ssh2
    Dec 1 03:27:37 mx sshd[743]: Accepted password for mxadmin from
    192.168.3.3 port 4321 ssh2

    What does "Failed none " means ? I don't have any problem
    connecting to this server but each new connexin is showing
    this error. Does someone has an idea ?

    I am using linux 2.4.27, i686, with openssh 3.9p1
    compiled from source.
