    Greetings

I have a frustrating problem. Sometime in the recent past, my ssh client
stopped working on my RedHat WS 3 box.

Why it acts this way I have not been able to figure out. If I ssh IN to the
box all is fine. From that window then if I do something like "ssh
bull@zany.admin.uni.edu" it tries to open an xwindow password prompt.

The desired action is for it to prompt me for the password right there (not
through X but in the same tty). This is really frustrating for me and I
have no idea how I got set this way. I removed and reinstalled all the ssh
rpms and it still happens. Anyone have any idea how I can get it back to
prompting me for the password right there?

    Thanks
    Troy
