    I have written a HOWTO for the benefits of those who would like to setup
    Centralized LDAP Authentication.
    (OpenLDAP/Berkeley DB+OpenSSL+OpenSSH+pam_ldap/nss_ldap, simple
    bind+start_tls, no SASL).
