    All,

    To add more to this whole scenario that I failed to mention, if I am logged
    into my client as the user and attempt to access my remote server, I get the
    below mentioned error. However, if I su to root or login as root at the
    client and attempt to access my remote server, the remote server prompts me
    for my password. What is particularly strange about any of this is that it
    should prompt me for my passphrase versus password. In my ssh_config file
    PasswordAuthentication is set to yes; PreferredAuthentications is set to
    publickey,password and PubkeyAuthentication is set to yes. On the remote
    server sshd_config is ChallengeResponseAuthentication is set to yes;
    PasswordAuthentication is set to yes; PubkeyAuthentication is set to yes.

    Anyone have any ideas ???

    Thanks Again,

    Paul
