if you dont fear writing a few little install scripts or an installer and
mainly have 2k/xp users, you should try this site:

for the other wins you might try these ( just googled out ...):

for this client i think you will need to have the possibility of making a
special connection config ( with l2tp and more.... read the ms
bulletin...) on your server.
