need help building openssh 3.6.1p2

    Hello,

    I'm trying to build openssh 3.6.1p2 with AFS support.

    Any ideas where kafs.h is supposed to come from (needed by
    sshconnect1.c)?

    I'm trying to build with openssh 1.2.8. I've also looked under
    transarc AFS source.
