I totally read the original post wrong and thought it was
going from PC to Mac, not Mac to PC. Please disregard my
previous 'answer' (though it's valid for differing values
of question.)
OpenSSH comes with Mac OS X, so it's there. You'll need
to run an SSH server on your Windows box though. There are
several Windows SSH server products, just use Google to search
around. My personal favorite is to install it as part of a
Cygwin installation, which provides all the GNU utilities you
could shake a stick at anyway, so you get everything you could
need. OpenSSh is in the 'net' section of the cygwin install
setup.exe program, see www.cygwin.com.
