    Sure. You need to turn on the SSH daemon in OS X first.
    It's in different places depending on your version, but
    it should be in system preferences somewhere, labeled
    'allow remote login'. For example in 10.2 it's under
    the 'services' tab in the 'sharing' panel, just click
    the box 'remote login'. Then any PC SSH client should be
    fine. (I prefer Putty, but see http://www.openssh.com/windows.html
    for a list of possibilities.)
