OpenSSH thru site-to-site VPN

    I have a site-to-site built with Raptor FW at each end.
    I currently am able to use Terminal Service thru tunnel with no problems
    My new OpenSSH install, however, just hangs silently.
    Terminal Service is from Win2k to Win2k, and SSH is from Linux SSH bastion to Solaris interface.
    Other SSH work just fine in this same scheme.
    This new one is a newer site and SSH is latest/greatest.
    The -v for the call isn't even outputting any clue.
    Please advise.
