heimdal and ssh

    I have downloaded openssh 3.6.1 and the patch for
    kerberos.
    I added "--with-kerberos5=PATH" to Configure.
    But I still have username and password when I try to
    connect to my sshd server and it is using the PAM and
    not Kerberos for authentication.
     
    Do I have to do any configuration?Did I miss
    something?
    I have heimdal and not MIT distribution.
    My client is PUTTY on windows2000.(I have downloaded
    the dll for windows)
