    When you log in to your server and call netscape, you actually call a
    script that does some voodoo and finds out that there is a netscape
    running already on the $DISPLAY and opens a new window instead of
    running a new instance, by running a "netscape -remote" command. If
    you want to avoid it, call the netscape binary.
