    Sftp-server debug logging in openssh-3.5p1 is non-existent. There's no code
    to do it. You can't log sftp-server subsystem actions, you can only log
    debug stuff from the sshd side. So, keep this in mind when you're looking
    through your logs, you're not seeing the whole picture.
