When I worked for an ISP, we used Rodopi, which was a SQL based accounting
package. It read the Radius log and interacted it and and wrote back to the
Radius server in SQL. For techincal specifications on this, you might want
to e-mail bduross@cac.net. He is the current admin for this ISP and might be
able to give you more details.
