Hi,

The only distro who claims to be secure by default is EnGarde, but,
adding the bastille script to your redhat, and closing the "bad" ports
would let you have a strongly secure RedHat machine.

Of course, you need more, like IDS, some few updates from redhat, and
erase telnet and all r* services from your machine. Umm... and some
sendmail tweaking.

That would be nice in most cases, i guess.
