Where Is It unacev2.dll Buffer Overflow

SUMMARY
<http://www.whereisit-soft.com/> WhereIsIt is an application written for
32-bit Windows operating systems, designed to help you maintain and
organize a catalog of your computer media collection.
A vulnerability in Where Is It (WhereIsIt) can be exploited by malicious
people to compromise a user's system.
DETAILS
The vulnerability is caused due to a boundary error in UNACEV2.DLL when
extracting an ACE archive containing a file with an overly long filename.
This can be exploited to cause a stack-based buffer overflow when a user
extracts a specially crafted ACE archive.
Fix:
Update to version 3.73.505

09/05/2006 - Public disclosure. (No reply from vendor, but silently fixed
in latest version)
