      Bird Chat DoS
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------

    SUMMARY

    " <http://birdchat.sourceforge.net/> Bird Chat is a chat client / server
    software designed with an easy and simple interface."

    A bug in Bird Chat is responsible for allowing the server to be remotely
    crashed.

    DETAILS

    Vulnerable Systems:
     * Bird Chat server/client version 1.61

    A server is able to crash all clients connected to it by using fake user
    names instead of real user names, when sending traffic.

    Exploit:
    Exploitation is quite simple and only requires the server to send a
    username string of a fake user.
    An attached proof of concept code written is Java can be downloaded from
