Format String Vulnerability in DreamFTP (User command)

SUMMARY
<http://www.bolintech.com/> Dream FTP Server provides powerful, multi
threaded and robust FTP server performance with a user-friendly and
easy-of-use interfaces. The DreamFTP server suffers from a format string
vulnerability in the USER command.
DETAILS
Vulnerable Systems:
* DreamFTP Server version 1.02
When connecting to the FTP server and supplying %n%n%n for the username,
the FTP server crashes.
Example:
C:\>ftp 192.168.1.101
Connected to 192.168.1.101.
