Jordan's Telnet Server Buffer Overflow Exploit

<http://www.jordan.com/WindowsTelnetServer> Windows Telnet Server (Wtsd)
"is a small commercial telnet server written by Jordan Stojanovski". A
buffer overflow vulnerability in the product allows remote attackers to
cause the product to execute arbitrary code (as we reported in
<http://www.securiteam.com/windowsntfocus/6S00W0A95M.html> Jordan's Telnet
Server Buffer Overflow). The following exploit code can be used to test
your system for the mentioned vulnerability.
