Moby's Netsuite Directory Traversal Vulnerability

SUMMARY
<http://www.mobydisk.com/mobyware/netsuite.html> NetSuite is a "freeware
server suite that allows anyone with a static IP address the ability to
run their own mail and web services".
There exists a directory traversal vulnerability in the product that
allows an attacker to download or read files that reside outside the
bounding web folder.

Vulnerable systems:
* Moby's Netsuite version 1.21
