IP Messenger for Win Buffer Overflow Vulnerability

SUMMARY
<http://www.asahi-net.or.jp/~VZ4H-SRUZ/ipmsg-eng.html> IP Messenger is "a
pop up style message communication software for multi platforms". The
product has been found to be prone to a buffer overflow vulnerability in
the file & folder transfer mechanism.

Vulnerable systems:
* IP Messenger for Win version 2.00
* IP Messenger for Win version 2.01
* IP Messenger for Win version 2.02
Immune systems:
* IP Messenger for Win version 2.03
Solution:
It is possible to rectify this problem by upgrading to IP Messenger for
