    SUMMARY

     <http://www.delegate.org/delegate/> DeleGate is a multi-purpose
application level gateway, or a proxy server that runs on multiple
platforms (UNIX, Windows, MacOS X, and OS/2). DeleGate contains a

DeleGate, DeleGate adds some rules based on this file by default, whenever
    it is run as HTTP-PROXY.

Describing several lines of User-Agent: in the robots.txt file could cause
