DETAILS

Pacgen is an Ethernet IP TCP/UDP packet-generating tool for Linux. This
tool enables custom packets with configurable Ethernet, IP, TCP, and UDP
layers as well as custom payloads. An experimental ARP generation code is
included in the package.
