Meteor FTP Denial of Service (MKD, STOR)

SUMMARY
<http://207.202.218.172/> Meteor FTP is a personal FTP server designed
for the Microsoft Windows 98 and Windows Millennium Edition operating
systems. Multiple security vulnerabilities in the product allow attackers
to cause it to crash, effectively causing a denial of service attack.
DETAILS
Vulnerable systems:
* MeteorSoft Meteor FTP 1.2b
Example:
After a successful logon to the server, issuing any of the following
commands will cause the server to crash:
MKD AAAAAAAAAAAAA...AAAA
STOR AAAAAAAAAAAA...AAAA
