  WFTPD Directory Traversal Vulnerability (CWD)

SUMMARY

 <http://www.wftpd.com/> WFTPD is a popular FTP server for Windows. A
security vulnerability in the product allows attackers to traverse below
the bounding FTP root directory.

DETAILS

Example:
By issuing multiple requests of either:
CWD ...
Or:
CWD ....

It is possible to traverse to lower directories than the bounding FTP root
directory.
