NOCC Cross-Site Scripting Bug

SUMMARY
<http://nocc.sourceforge.net/> NOCC is a webmail client written in PHP.
It provides webmail access to IMAP and POP3 accounts. Unfortunately, the
software displays a message without checking it for any malicious code.
DETAILS
Vulnerable systems:
NOCC version 0.9.5 and prior
An email (even a text email) is rendered as HTML. Making it possible for
an attacker to include malicious code inside the email allowing him to
gain full access to the user's mailbox.
Example:
Just write an email to any NOCC user with the following text inside:
<scr!pt>alert(document.cookie)</script>
(The letter "i" has been replaced with an !)
