Norton Antivirus Content Filter and Virus Protection Can By Passed
------------------------------------------------------------------------
SUMMARY
Due to a vulnerability in NAV attackers can bypass its content filtering
and virus protection. This could prove dangerous since it allows malicious
content to go through the protection mechanism untouched.
DETAILS
Due to a case sensitivity problem of the Content-Type and
Content-Disposition allows attackers to cause NAV to incorrectly not
detect a message's attachments.
Example:
CONTENT-type: text/plain;
NAme=\"eicar.com\"
