MRTG CGI Script "Show Files" Vulnerability

SUMMARY
The Multi Router Traffic Grapher ( <http://www.mrtg.org/> MRTG) is a tool
to monitor the traffic load on network-links. MRTG generates HTML pages
containing GIF images that provide a LIVE visual representation of this
traffic. A security vulnerability in the product allows viewing of the
first line of any file it is given as a configuration file.
