  NGSSniff, RAW_SOCKET Packet Sniffer
------------------------------------------------------------------------

DETAILS

NGSSoftware has written a free network packet capture tool (network
sniffer) called NGSSniff that runs on Windows XP or 2000. NGSSniff takes
advantage of the RAW_SOCKETs capabilities built into those operating
systems so does not require any drivers to be installed. One of the
advantages of NGSSniff is that it allows analysis of captured packets
without having to stop the capture process unlike many other Windows based
network sniffers.
