WebSEAL Vulnerable to a DoS Attack (%2E)

SUMMARY
A security vulnerability in WebSEAL allows remote attackers to cause the
product to crash by appending an HTML encoded character '.' (%2E) to the
requested URL.
DETAILS
Vulnerable systems:
WebSEAL box version 3.8
Appending a %2e to the URL, causes the WebSEAL application to die.
