Earlier this morning, in a followup post to my original,
that didn't seem to make the list, I posited that all that
is preventing the "Server only" patches from running is the
"missing" line from hotfix.inf:
ExtendedSupport=1
in the [Version] section, just after the
"InstallPlatform=0" line.
Testing this shows that adding this line "back" to
hotfix.inf allows the patch to run on NT Workstation.
