    AU is also not proxy friendly. I reported this to MS during the beta of
    XPSP2, but they were not interested in fixing it. (bug ID 100-38574 incase
    anyone from MS wishes to check my claim).

    personally I really hate this, as in a corporate enviroment I like to block
    TCP/80 traffic leaving the LAN, so as to force the workstations to use the
    proxy (no, I am not using a transperant proxy which would solve this).
