    Folks,

    I would like to request your participation in a survey we (TruSecure
    Corporation) are conducting about the MyDoom worm and how it has
    affected you. It is anonymous, although you can provide an email address
    and receive a summary of the results (in about 10 days) if you choose.

    We're trying to gauge impact, as well as some specifics about how your
    mail and AV gateway environments are set up.
