Outlook 2K and private Appointments

    Outlook 2000 and Exchange 5.5 SP3:
    Open another Users Calendar. Navigate to a private appointment. Open the
    appointment right above the private one. In the menu, choose
    View->Next->Item.
    The private appointment opens.
    Is this a known issue?
