    Dear Reader;
    We have been working on a security template for use on Windows XP. One of
    the services we disabled on a desktop configuration was Telephony. We then
    ran SYSPREP and rebooted the machine. After entering the computer name and
    administrator password the machine goes into a reboot loop. After a couple
    hours with MS support they confirmed that disabling Telephony then running
    sysprep will put the machine in a reboot loop. You can disable telephony
    after configuring but not if you are going to run sysprep.
