    Microsoft's mssecure.xml (1.0.1.506) doesn't contain full patch information
    for MS03-051. That means that SMS (and probably SUS) won't detect that
    computers need the patch. There's no possible way it could download the
    patches, since the location to download the file from isn't even in the
    file. To be sure, I also checked the Office patch XML, it's not there
    either.

    MBSA says it "can't confirm" the patch is installed.
