    I have searched for where microsoft lists what patches are superseeded by
    their newest patches. Ex: MS03-045 appearently includes MS02-071 (WM_Timer)
    but there is no reference to it in the technet article. Russ, if you would
    let the list know this because there are some application (ex: Fedex
    Powership Server v4) that failes when either of these patches are installed.
