Russ,
We were able to fix the problems caused by MS03-47 (users getting blank
e-mails when logged in through OWA), by following some of the guidelines
here:
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=314532
Specifically, we changed the environment variable from TEMP C:\temp to TMP
C:\temp, and that cleared things up.
Hope that helps someone,
Tony

Marcus Ranum's new book "The Myth of Homeland Security" is now out and
is available from http://www.amazon.com/ranum In this hard-hitting
review of the homeland security business, Ranum shows us how the problem
is vastly harder than it's being made to sound, and how special
interests, *** covering, and bureaucracy are threatening to derail any
chance of making progress.
