Problem with MS03-023 and IE6 SP1 install

    After installing MS03-023 I was unable to install Windows Internet Explorer
    6 SP1.
    The machine had Windows 2000 SP4 and IE 6 installed.
    During the IE 6 SP1 install I would get a "Digital Signature Not Found"
    error and the install would abort.
    The offending file was HTML32.cnv (updated by MS03-023).
    After uninstalling MS03-023 I was able to install IE 6 SP1.
    Has anyone else experienced this problem.
