Summary of replies:
Problems have been seen with RightFax versions 7.2, 8.0, & 8.5.
Problem appears limited to not being able to see the RightFax services in the Enterprise Fax Manager GUI, the services are running and do work otherwise.
Several people have indicated receiving a fix from Captaris (Kommunicate) which is a replacement executable for the Enterprise Fax Manager (EFM.exe) software. It may be a beta fix, possibly explaining why they haven't published this information. The fix seems to work for those who have received it.
Captaris Tech Support, as of yesterday, is still telling customers not to use SP4. Others say they have been able to get the fix just by asking Tech Support. One person said the fix is available if you have already installed SP4 and found RightFax not working.
