    FYI, the NT 4.0 version of this patch download is not yet available, or, has been pulled for some unknown reason. One could speculate that MSRC isn't checking the bulletins and underlying links sufficiently before pushing the release button on the web pages, or not.

    Keep checking...maybe it'll show up or MS will put some page in its place to say its not available yet or some such (now gee, there's an idea, put up a dummy page saying its not yet available prior to releasing the bulletin!!)
