This was originally KB article Q810847

Shortly after the patch was released, a patch to the patch was released
    under KB article Q813951

The patch to the update just updates one file. However, if a user
mistakenly installs the Q813951 update FIRST, it won't allow you to install
Q810847. Now this can be easily overcome by using the /n:v switch from the
command prompt, but it still adds up to sloppy programming on Microsoft's
part and adds annoyance for those of us trying to automate the installation
    of patches.

Have you discovered a security vulnerability related to Windows or a
commercial product which runs on Windows?

Need assistance crafting the format or translating your advisory to English?

Need to verify it, or having problems contacting the Vendor?
